Can i do crossfit everyday




















I have five kiddos - four boys and one girl. No, the girl is not our fifth child. She is the fourth, and we have a busy urologist to thank for that. My ten-year-old son, Jack, has autism. He has trouble regulating his body, so he spends much of the day jumping and hopping and grunting throughout the house.

Jack struggles. He struggles academically and has a hard time connecting with people. He is rigid and inflexible, controlling and bossy. But he loves music, and he remembers the last time he ate a chocolate chip pancake from IHOP was in June of He sees the days of the week in color - brilliant yellow Tuesday and a deep, dark purple Friday.

How are you? CrossFit burns quite a few calories and strengthens the muscles, but can be tiring very quickly without adequate hydration and rest in between workouts. Your muscles need time to rest in between every few workouts.

Any of the following workout schedules would be appropriate for CrossFit training and would allow the body to have enough rest to keep up intensity and to continue growing muscle and burning fat at a desired rate. You also want to avoid training for more than three days in a row.

Cj Martin. I highly suggest you read the article in the CrossFit Journal see link above about the CrossFit template. However, do aim to get to workouts per week within reasonable time for best results. If you feel really tired and beat up because of training, long days at work or not enough sleep at night, just take an extra day off from training.
